May 17, 2008 - I'm sure the ascending move is a whole bunch of "Blade of the Dragon's Tail" (the last hit of Ryu's XXYYY move). It looks like the finishing move is a diagonal downward slash from right to left, as you can see the "air cutting" effect on the way down. At any rate, it's good that Ryu slashes his way back down instead of just falling; that would've been a real sorry ending.
